These are the general charges related to our production processes. Please see a specific product page for more information – including the item’s max imprint area and imprint method.

Art Services
$40.00 (G) – This charge covers artwork services provided by our staff. Charged per hour.

Cancellation Charges
Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation. To avoid fees, cancellations should always occur prior to proof approval.
Embroidery orders will always incur an additional $100.00 (G) cancellation charge.

Licensing Costs
$0.00 (X) – Included at no charge. All orders that use Boy Scouts of America emblems, logos and wordmark are verified by our team and will be officially licensed.

Polybag and Size Label
$0.50 (G) – Charged per garment. Each garment is placed into individual polybags with an unbranded size label applied to the outside.

Embroidery specific charges

Digitizing charge
$60.00 (G) – Required for embroidery orders. 12,000 Stitches or Less. Covers basic editing to bring in-line with licensing requests. Assumes artwork is provided. We will contact you if additional charges are necessary.

Digitizing File Edit charges
1. Reduction or enlargement of customer supplied digitizing file – $15.00(X). Maximum reduction or enlargement of tape is 20% of original size.
2. Up to 2 lines of straight-line type edit – $20.00(X). Straight line copy-stock lettering only. Up to 7,000 stitches $25.00(X) tape charge. DUPLICATE TAPES/DISCS: Tape on file, $25.00(X) each. ADDITIONAL THREAD COLORS: Add $1.50(C) per piece, per color, per location for 8th and 9th color. If a thread color change is required add $35.00(G) per change.

Tape Charge
$100.00 (G) for all new orders. For designs exceeding the standard amount of stitches, add $30.00(G) per each additional 1,000 stitches to the embroidery tape charge and .35(G) running charge for every additional 1,000 stitches to the price of the item. Additional stitch charges also apply to all free tape orders.

Embroidered Caps
In addition to the standard embroidery price, please add .95(G) per piece up to 7,000 stitches (1 color, front panel only). For every additional 1,000 stitches add .54(G) to the price of the cap. Additional stitch charges also apply to all free tape orders.
REAR & SIDE EMBROIDERY: Up to 5,000 stitches and 7 thread colors, add $2.50(C), plus a $50.00(G) tape charge. Left Side Embroidery on visors is NOT AVAILABLE.
Side Embroidery Area: Caps: 3″ W x 2″ H • Visors: 3″ W x ⅝” H (right side only).
Rear Embroidery Area: 3 ½” W. Call for template.

Extra Stitches
$10.00 (G) – Charged for every additional 2,000 Stitches over 12,000 Stitches.

Personalization
$8.00 (G) – Covers one line of embroidered personalization. Please send spreadsheet with names over with Purchase Order. Excel and Numbers formats supported. Other formats or plain text may incur additional charge.

Additional Location (<6K) Less Than 6,000 Stitches; $40.00 (G) - Covers design that is less than 6,000 Stitches. This charge is for smaller embroidered locations such as garment sleeves. Additional Location (>6K)
More Than 6,000 Stitches; $0.35 (G) – Charged for every additional 1,000 Stitches over 6,000 Stitches for the additional location. This charge is in additional to the Additional Location charge for small locations such as garment sleeves.

Less Than Minimum
$30.00 (G) – This charge is added to all orders placed that come under the minimum order quantity.

Metallic Thread
$0.35 (G) – This charge is added for every 1,000 Stitches per garment. Metallic Gold and Metallic Silver thread is available.

Screen Print specific charges

Setup Charge per Location
$40.00 (G) – Required for screen print orders. Charged per imprint location. This charge covers the cost of one color.

Additional Ink Color per Location
$30.00 (G) – Charged per additional color in one location.

PMS Ink Color Matching
$40.00 (G) – Charged if an exact PMS color match is required for the order.

Glow or Metallic Ink
$0.60 (G) – Covers the use of Glow in the Dark or Metallic ink. Charged per garment.

Rush orders

Orders requiring less than normal production time must be clearly designated, and NEXT-DAY SHIPMENT must be authorized. Orders needing 10 working days or less MUST HAVE FACTORY AUTHORIZATION before being accepted, and a rush charge will apply.
